I originally wrote Avery bad review for Happy Socks as I ordered two pairs in the same size and one was quite a bit larger and too big for me. I felt they unloaded a mutant pair because they knew it would cost more than half of what I paid for them to return them. I was very pleased when they contacted me and actually refunded my return amount. Seems like they are a very good company who will go the extra mile to make a customer happy! Will try them again. Thanks Happy Socks! You rock.

Be prepared to wait.

Edited to respond to Happy Socks reply.It doesn't take much searching to see that these issues of not responding to emails or the amount of time it takes orders to arrive were plentiful with your company before Covid-19 appeared. I realise that the pandemic has caused some issues for all companies and I would say customers are understanding of this, but to use this as an excuse for your lack of customer care is pretty poor when you already ran a company this way. You also seemed to have responded to many a review here on Trustpilot without an issue - perhaps if you responded to emails too, people would be happy.-------------------Over 2 weeks for an order to arrive, (both orders I placed), over a month to respond to an email regarding one of the orders.Don't have a problem with things going wrong, but I do have a problem with no chance to talk to someone in customer services. Don't think I'll be ordering from Happy Socks again as it's simply not a happy experience!

It's been almost two weeks and no one…

It's been almost two weeks and no one has returned my message. I made two order on the same day to two different addresses, but I believe both packages have gone to the same address according to the shipment tracking. This is still not resolved and there seems to be no way to get assistance...Order 2501147566 and ticket number 953087

Got it right eventually …

Sent new socks to make up for late previous order. Socks seem OK but will need to wait for longevity. Seems to be a company with issues over logistics and communication, but I did receive the product in the end, and am happy with them.

UnHappy Socks. Dreadful service

Such a dreadful service and customer care is practically non-existent. My order dispatched within 2 days but three weeks later still waiting. Cannot speak to a person, just a robot chat service and a standard response email but no follow up. Won’t be buying from Happy Socks again

Just extremely poor…

seems like I am not the only one receiving poor customer service. £85 on socks supposedly sent 1st December. No response from customer service. Xmas a week away and does not look promising for delivery. Avoid

Im waiting 18 working days after…

Im waiting 18 working days after shipping was sent. No tracking number. And a none existent customer service. Absolute scam of a company.? Im so annoyed i didn't read reviews before buying but i was sure it was a big company and would be just good at what they are suppose to do. I ordered from china the same week as ordering from these and that parcel arrived already ?‍♀️ Edit: Once customer service finally replied Sam was brilliant to deal with and sent my order with a tracking number and recieved within a few days. The only reason I'm upping my 1 star to 3 stars is because of the customer service recieved once i pestered them enough to get a response. They can't pass the blame to anything or anyone else as far as I'm concerned as so many other companies manage all angles of online shopping. This company has alot to work on and to start with holding responsibility. I had to request another gift box as the original one i had ordered was out of stock. I was happy with the quality of the socks but in all honesty I will not advertise or recommend their online business again and I wont be making any purchases directly from Happy Socks again.

from happy to sad

- parcel didn't arrive- no one knew where it was- or when it would arrive- new shipment was announced - then it turned out the goods weren't in stock anymore- order was canceled without my okay, (legally really dodgy, binding contract after the payment and order confirmation)- no compensation or suggestion how to solve the situation- I had to ask for it- no real solution offered- service employee was polite, but neither really into it finding a solution. Not creative enough to offer something. I had the feeling he_she was not really interested in helping at all.I ordered many product over years and years, but now you lost me. And you had so many chances to hold me on this path. Too bad.

Happy to take your money and run...

Happy Socks charged the money from my Paypal account but never registered the sale. Asked me to try again - but everything I wanted has been sold out in the meantime.

Wonderful customer service

Had to contact customer service regarding my order. They replied astoundingly quick, kept me updated throughout the whole process and resolved my problem without further ado. Also my order still got delivered within the promised delivery time and I couldn't be happier with my products. :)

Very happy with the quality of these socks

Very happy with the quality of the socks. I wear scrubs everyday so having a way to express myself with socks is my go to. I get lots of compliments on my socks and put a smile on those same faces. Will definitely be buying more. ??
